Do I need an appointment?
Yes, we're appointment only, so please book before bringing your bike in. You can book online at any time, or call Duane on 0459 898 220 during opening hours.
How much does a bike service cost?
A full service is $300. If you're not sure what your bike needs, a service assessment is $50, and that $50 comes off the full service if you go ahead with it. See bike servicing for what's included.
How long does a service take?
A full service takes 1–2 days. A service assessment is done the same day, and most repairs are turned around same-day too.
Do you service all bike brands?
Yes. We service all brands of mountain bikes (MTB) and road bikes, so no brand loyalty is required.
My bike isn't riding right, but I don't know what's wrong. Where do I start?
Book a service assessment. We check the bike over and give you a full estimate of the cost and any parts needed to get it back to its best, so you can decide what to do before any work starts.
How do I book?
Book online straight into our calendar at any time, or call Duane on 0459 898 220 during opening hours.
How will I know my bike is ready?
We send you a text as soon as it's ready. Please collect it within 48 hours of that text. After that, a storage fee of $10 per day applies (see our Terms of Service).
What payment methods do you accept?
Afterpay, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard and Visa.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Contact us as early as possible to reschedule. Booking deposits are non-refundable 7 days after they're paid (see our Cancellation Policy).
Where are you and when are you open?
We're at 16 St Kilda Place, Annerley QLD 4103 in Brisbane's south, a short trip from Yeronga, Tarragindi, Greenslopes, Moorooka and Fairfield. We're open by appointment Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm and Friday 9am – 4pm, and closed on weekends.
